Accountability Partners works with business owners to compliment their strengths and take their business to the next level of success they envision. For the technology or financially-oriented executive it is assisting them with business development and growth strategies. Business/Sales Plan Preparation and Audits  - We assist in the creation of an organizations business plan as well as auditing existing plans.

Your business plan becomes your roadmap for action and decision-making. It provides the information about where the business is headed for your staff to see their role and get aligned with your goals.

Business/Sales Plan Audits - To often we are not objective about our business because we are so close to it and feel so passionately about it.  An objective, unbiased look at your business plan can uncover many areas for improvement.  Is the plan supported by achievable Sales Plan?  Are the right compensation plans in place for the proper incentive and behaviors?  Are they sound financially?  If you exceed your sales plans do the salespeople take home the money or do you?
