Design would relate to the infrastructure – How are the rooms
laid out? Does the layout make it easy or hard for the inhabitants
to get around? Were we smart about how we installed the electrical,
phone lines, cable, etc.?
Culture would describe how it feels to live there - What type of
environment exists inside this house? Does it feel formal or informal?
