Mr. Samples business experience
includes over 30 years as a business owner and Fortune 500 executive.
He began his career with one of "the big-iron" computer
manufacturers where he attained many individual and team recognitions.
He then became a member of one of the fastest growing accounting
application vendors in the United States. In the mid-80's
he acquired one of the divisions and grew it 3-fold eventually merging
it with a Canadian subsidiary.
He joined a professional
services firm as partner in the early 90's and was responsible for
it's 5-fold increase in profitability over a 4 year period.
He led the sales process to a F500 firm where he remained as an
Area President.
In 2005 he began Accountability
Partners. J.R. resides in Aurora, Il just outside Chicago,
with his wife Megan, and children Matt, Jessica and Jack.

Mr.
Tianen is a Information Technology Executive with demonstrated experience
in strategic information systems consulting, senior personnel management
and contract management. He has provided management and emerging
technology solutions (i.e. CRM, ERP, CPR) to meet the strategic
business challenges of clients utilizing ITIL, SDLC and PMI best
practices.
His engagements have produced
